I’m grateful that my work allows me to be present to the growth of awareness and meaning making in the people I work with. I offer a space for individuals and couples to engage with the interplay between their inner worlds and outer worlds - whether they are tackling the ordinary complexities of life or struggling with clinical issues such as depression and anxiety.
I have an interest in psychoanalysis and transpersonal psychology, and encourage compassionate awareness, mindfulness and curiosity in uncovering and untangling the patterns that keep us stuck.
