I am a Clinical Psychologist practicing in Hyde Park, Johannesburg. My clients are children above the age of 10, teenagers, adults, couples and families.
I have been in private practice for over 6 years. Prior to this, I worked in a government clinic in Pretoria for a few years. My experiences in government and private have enabled me to work with a plethora of different clients. My soft spot though is working with teenagers, couples and families who are experiencing discord and are in need of assistance in relationships. And we are all in relationships...even if it is just with our selves.
My services include psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy for a range of emotional, mental and interpersonal difficulties. My orientation is Integrative - with a focus on Systemic and Interpersonal approaches. However, I adapt this to suit your needs and incorporate other approaches where necessary.
In therapy, my aim is to provide a space of healing and safety. Where the unknown can become known and released. A space where we can embark on a journey of self - discovery and empowerment, and where meaning and belonging can be found in a chaotic world.
