My main area of expertise is psychotherapy with individuals, specifically adults and adolescents. I am consulted by clients/patients with mood disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, personality disorders, relationship problems, a variety of life crises, stress management and personal as well as work-related issues. Personal development and the facilitation of increased psychic resilience and resources are important facets of my therapeutic work. While my main theoretical orientation is from the perspective of short/long-term psycho-dynamic psychotherapy (Jungian), briefer and solution-focused interventions are utilised when appropriate, that is, when required by the situation or the patient/client. Because the mind/body dimension is such a pivotal part of current therapeutic practice. my training in Somatic Experiencing underpins my work as a psychotherapist. , I am also very interested in and involved with the further training and development of psychotherapists: colleagues consult me both for their own therapies/analyses and for clinical supervision.
