I work online and in-person with couples, individuals, families and groups. I also run Imago couple workshops online. I have found Imago Relationship Therapy (with couples, as well as other kinds of relationships) to be very effective online. Individual therapy, dealing e.g. with COVID-19 related challenges, bereavement, depression, anxiety, etc. also lends itself extremely well to online work. I am also trained to run Imago workshops for generational pairs (parents and their adult children), as well as workshops and groups with individuals. I have worked extensively in the Employee Wellness (EAP) field and have been trained to do organisational work. I have an Honours degree in Drama as well, and do self care groups using creative healing arts.
