Hi, I’m Linda. I’m a Clinical Psychologist who doesn’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. This is why I use a variety of different therapeutic techniques that are in line with a client’s specific goals and needs.
I am really interested in a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) perspective known as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) due to its practical nature and proven effectiveness.
I am registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF). I am also a member of the Association of Contextual Behavioural Science (ACBS).
