I am a Clinical Psychologist working therapeutically with adolescents and adults. I offer a wide range of psychological services, including: - Short-term and long-term psychotherapy - Trauma Debriefing - Couples Therapy - Family Therapy - Group Therapy

I provide psychological interventions to those who may be experiencing: - Anxiety - Depression - Major psychiatric conditions - Destructive or self-destructive behaviours - Personality Disorders - Eating Disorders - Low self-confidence, poor self-esteem, poor body image, and identity issues - Relational difficulties - Poor work performance - Stress and adjustment - Bereavement and loss - Trauma (experiencing or witnessing violence, crime, car accidents or other accidents) - Abuse and domestic violence - Parental guidance / counselling

Special Interest: Addictions (including all drug and alcohol, gaming, gambling and sex addictions)

I work flexible hours and appointments on Saturdays, early mornings and after hours can be arranged if necessary. Sessions are charged within medical aid rates
