I am a clinical psychologist practicing from Parkhurst and Bryanston. I provide psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples and families.

It is often a difficult decision to ask for emotional support or assistance, although investing in your psychological well-being may lead to a more fulfilling life and more satisfying relationships. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to work through your challenges and explore more adaptive ways of being in the world. I work from an integrative approach in order to meet your specific needs and accommodate your value system. I provide short term and long term therapy to people with various concerns ranging from feelings of emptiness or discontent in daily life, to those individuals requiring assistance in dealing with changing circumstances, as well as clients dealing with illnesses that cause intense and persistent distress.

My areas of interest and specialisation include: • Addiction (drugs, sex, gambling, etc) • Anger management • Anxiety / panic • Bereavement / grief • Bipolar • Conflict management and assertiveness • Couples / marital counselling • Depression • Eating disorders • Major psychiatric conditions, e.g. bipolar disorder • Personal growth • Relationship difficulties • Stress / lifestyle • Self esteem
