I am a clinical psychologist working in private practice in Gardens, Cape Town. I am contracted into medical aid rates and will claim directly from most medical aid companies.
I approach each client as an individual with a unique set of needs. My approach differs depending on what the client presents with at a specific time. I tend to think in a psychodynamic way, which means that I reflect on how past relationships, experiences and events impact on present emotions, behaviours and relationships; however each therapy process is tailor-made to suit the clients needs and goals at present
I offer a supportive and safe therapeutic space for adults and children which includes long and short term psychotherapy for a broad range of difficulties.
