Counselling psychologists treat people dealing with normal life challenges, such as the loss of a job or divorce. They hold Master’s Degrees in Counselling Psychology and are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
“There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” -Anaïs Nin
Therapy is a powerful tool to assist in dealing with any challenges you may be experiencing in life, such as loss, trauma, any life changes or adjustments, interpersonal difficulties, or as a way to facilitate personal growth and self-awareness. The decision to enter therapy is not often an easy one, and it may take courage. I do my best to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in which to explore and reflect on current and past things that may be impacting on your life and emotional well-being.
