“There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” -Anaïs Nin

Therapy is a powerful tool to assist in dealing with any challenges you may be experiencing in life, such as loss, trauma, any life changes or adjustments, interpersonal difficulties, or as a way to facilitate personal growth and self-awareness. The decision to enter therapy is not often an easy one, and it may take courage. I do my best to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in which to explore and reflect on current and past things that may be impacting on your life and emotional well-being.

I am a Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health Professions Counsel of South Africa. I run a private practice in Linden, where I offer psychotherapeutic interventions to adults, adolescents, children and groups. I am also currently involved in work at a psychotherapy centre working with adults, mothers and other caregivers, children and infants.

My practice is located near Emmerentia, Greenside, Northcliff, Linden, Victory Park, Blairgowrie, Parkwood, Parkview, Rosebank, Saxonwold, Melville and Auckland Park. My fees are in accordance with most medical aid rates.
