I completed a BA (Psychology and Communication) through UNISA. I then travelled abroad to complete a Licentiate Degree in Clinical Psychology through ISPA - Higher Institute of Applied Psychology, in Lisbon-Portugal. Subsequently to returning to South Africa for a brief stay, I returned to Portugal to complete a Master’s Degree in Existential and Phenomenological Approaches to Counselling, through ISPA and in collaboration with Regent’s College School of Psychotherapy & Counselling Psychology, in London.
I believe in establishing an authentic, understanding and warm therapeutic relationship with my clients, aiding them in achieving personal growth and optimising their psychological well-being. I focuses on the individual and use different models adapted to my client’s age and individual needs.
