Let's talk about you, your relationship, or your career...
People come to see me for different reasons. Some people come because life feels overwhelming. We all experience challenging life situations at times: problems in our relationships; challenges at work or at home; experiencing a trauma; losing someone we love; or dealing with a serious illness. Any of these challenges can significantly impact on us. We may feel anxious, depressed, burnout, helpless or numb. In these times, we may need help and support to cope. I can provide a safe, supportive space to talk about your challenging life situations and help you learn adaptive coping skills.
Other people come to see me to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. As our feelings and thoughts impact on the ways we act, react and relate to others, self-exploration can help us to determine our personal, relationship and career goals. If you want to enhance your self-awareness and personal growth, I am committed to collaborate with you on your journey of self-discovery.
I offer the following: - Individual counselling for adults and adolescents - Couples counselling - Career counselling and psychometric assessments
