I am a psychiatrist based in private practice in the Cape Town City Bowl with a focus on general adult psychiatry and adolescent psychiatry.

I have an evidence-based, integrated and holistic approach to psychiatric care and aim to create strong, authentic therapeutic relationships with my patients and treatment plans that are individually tailored and multi-disciplinary in nature.

I am experienced in treating a diverse range of psychiatric conditions including, but to exclusive to; anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive-and-related disorders, personality disorders and psychotic disorders.

I have a special interest in women's mental health and the treatment of psychiatric conditions associated with the peri-partum period, the transition of parenting, infertility and menopause.

Whilst I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities and practice therapeutic principles in my psychiatric practice, I refer to skilled psychologists for longer-term psychotherapy needs.
