I run a private practice in Oakdale, Bellville. I am an accredited and Registered Counsellor with the ‘Health Professions Council of South Africa’ (HPCSA). I provide counselling for adolescents, adults, couples and families from all walks of life, rooted in Cognitive Behavioural and Solution Focused Therapy.
Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for individuals to identify problems that they may be experiencing. Through counselling you will gain a greater level of self-awareness and insight. Counselling also promotes empowerment, support and a balance to be able to make independent choices and decisions about yourself and your life.
