A bit about me:
Ayesha Malagas has a passion for people. She offers face to face counselling to couples, adults and teens on a variety of wellness issues.
She conducts debriefings for any life-changing and traumatic events, but also to professionals who work in highly stressful settings.
I facilitate and develop training programmes in various life skills topics and in various settings.
WHAT IS STARS WELLNESS?
S - Stress Management This refers to teaching clients valuable coping skills and techniques in order to deal with daily stressors (both work-related and personal) T - Trauma Debriefing This refers to Crisis intervention and Trauma debriefings following any such event. A - Adjustment issues This can be anything from Change Management; Bereavement/grief and loss R - Relationship counselling This can be anything from coping with a breakup; pre-marriage counselling or conflict resolution S - Supervision and Training This is professional support that is offered to Social Workers who wish to earn Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points.
Ayesha provides services across Gauteng, as well as at her practice in Pretoria where she shares office space with the team from Cleopatraz Spa.
