I am Samson Samuel Khoza who is cheerfully known as "Sam”. I am a member of NH Trainers (Pty) Ltd, a company which offers training to other companies and psychosocial interventions in various themes. Most Social Workers you have met in your life for a variety of reasons are too similar because they are working through ‘a calling’. As for me, I was not called by anyone, I have a special interest in working with people who are imaginative, practical and willing to improve their lives or the lives of others a little more each day.

Below is a snapshot of what face-to-face intervention is to us:
Married or not—you do need to understand the tools and skills to resolve conflicts and improve your relationship. NH Trainers seek to rectify faulty communication skills, vague couple roles and minimise those unrealistic expectations that usually result in conflicts between couples.
Remember everything ends but there are issues that are recurring as a result of divorce. NH Trainers will equip you with holistic skills on everyday life during or after divorce. People going through divorce are more likely to experience emotional feelings of guilt, depression, fear and anxiety. NH Trainers also act as Mediators to people in the process of divorce to help them achieve divorce with minimal hostility and emotional damage. Divorce cases that involve children needs professionals to tackle on issues that result in children feeling guilty, hurt, abandoned and confused. All in all, our aim is to help clients to reach “the happily divorced” state.
We believe that children are productive beings in correct family settings. Children are the most vulnerable beings in our communities therefore need protection at all cost. Through the use of Family Systems Theories your Therapist will ensure that the people involved in a given child’s life have their behaviours assessed to determine the most conducive environment for the necessary development for that particular child.
We believe children’s emotions, development, or feelings are well understood when you involve them in games, toys, drawings, paintings, or jungle gyms. NH Trainers Play Therapist will spend enough time to apply the most recent strategies in child development to produce the most accurate reports for schools, legal courts, relevant government departments as well as non-governmental departments (NGOs).
The psychological health of the family is driven by the family relationships. In simple terms when one member of the family has psychological or social difficulties the entire family suffers. As a result, NH Trainers family therapy techniques focus mostly on Systems Theory and therefore individual or family issues are well dealt with when family members are involved as part of the solution.
Just like vehicles that have parts that wear overtime, marriages need refurbishments on routinely basis. Issues on communications, sex life, recurring disagreements, vague roles and unrealistic expectations are signs of intimacy relationships that need a professional.
Every time a family receives a child or children especially adoptive, foster or step families the situation results in constituted families. Children in reconstituted families often feel confused, rejected, unsupported, not understood, unaccepted and trapped in authoritative settings. Reconstituted families have for instance stepparents who have a lot of stress and often experience disciplinary issues with the children. When the stepparent feels disengaged in the child’s life or feels like stepping in too soon, it is an indication that family therapy in this case is needed. NH Trainers will help you understand how to function like a parent while realising you are not a parent to the concerned child or children.
It takes a lot of mental and physical energy for anger to occur. Bottling it up is never a solution but how you let it out is more important. If you want to be popular just be angry in a more uncontrollable way. We are qualified and registered NLP Practitioners who use anger management techniques when preventing anger from occurring at the first place or has yielded less favourable results. In Neuro-linguistic Programming we believe everybody has the resources to change or control the way they feel, however we do not have these resources readily available. As a result, it is up to us to find those resources and make the good use of them.
Trauma is not an experience, it is an emotional response to an experience. Your NLP Practitioner will be changing or altering the sequence of trauma by involving you in NLP techniques and trauma process so you can be yourself again. With NLP you will never get sucked up back in the past as far as your experience of war, phobias, horrific accidents, murder and gang rape are concerned.
NLP relieves your feelings of uncertainty and depression. Meet the NLP Practitioner who will be helping you realize your strengths and fostering a positive view on life and you can eliminate stress entirely.
Our mission is to help groups of people become healthier and at the same time sane through laughter. We use humorous abilities to help groups of people to manage stress and conflict, and boost creativity, teamwork and morale. Some of us have laugh lines on our faces, head and some inside organs because we practice what we preach as a Life Coaches.
Organizational Team Building
We consult with organisations on how to build teamwork and morale. On request we create exciting presentations and workshops to help organisations achieve their goals or missions. Even though you might have specific job functions you work with fellow members to achieve organisational success. Through the use of NLP techniques we will always aim to help leaders understand the team they want to build because this is where all team building efforts have lost the orientation. On the other hand the participants have struggled with team building interventions because they are often not well informed why they are participating in the exercises.
See, you were born without any instruction manual and therefore no one could understand how to perfectly deal with you. On the other hand, your brain did not come with the instruction manual, hence you have NLP Life Coaching as the instruction manual for your brain. NLP writers stipulate that NLP Life Coaching is more concerned with how people do “a problem” and to overcome it, rather than why and wanting to analyse it because that serves to prolong it. As Life Coaches we are well equipped with skills to understand our clients’ brain functioning and the way they understand the world. We are not Life Coaches if we are not able to understand what our clients mean by what they say or do.
